Shipping & Returns
We charge the following shipping costs:
We charge a basic fee of 2.50€ (US$3.25, UK£2.25) per shipment + an extra fee per item based on its weight. To make it very easy for you, the additional fee is shown next to each product.
How does it work? Take the basic fee of 2.50€ (US$3.25, UK£2.25) and add the shipping costs for each additional item.
Example: You buy a lunch box, half a meter of fabric and one sticker. The shipping costs are
in Euro: 2.50€ + 2.40€ (lunch box) + 1.20€ (fabric) + 0.20€ (sticker) = 6.30€
in US$: $3.25 + $3.12 (lunch box) + $1.56 (fabric) + $0.26 (sticker) = $8.19
in UK£: £2.25 + £2.16 (lunch box) + £1.08 (fabric) + £0.18 (sticker) = £5.67
All items are shipped by registered airmail. You will get a tracking number to trace your package online. You will receive your tracking number by e-mail after your order is shipped. Furthermore, your package is covered for loss. As we are shipping by registered airmail, you have to acknowledge receipt of the package. If you are absent when the postman is delivering your order, he will leave you a note that you can pick it up within a specific time (usually 8 days) at the post office. Please pick up the package by the stated date, if not, it will be returned to us.
Free International Shipping:
If you order items worth 60€ / US$78 / £54 or more, we will ship your items for free!
Our shop is located in Hong Kong, therefore, we ship all our items by registered airmail from Hong Kong. The average shipping time is 5-15 business days. Please
contact us by e-mail if your parcel hasn't arrived within the above stated time.
Do you need your order as soon as possible? Do you need a present ASAP? You just cannot wait to get your items? We can offer you Express Shipping. Your order will be shipped with FedEx Express and usually arrives within only 1-5 business days. Express shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery country. The final shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart. In case FedEx has a shipping restriction based on the delivery address or order content, we will use EMS Express instead. You cannot combine "Free Shipping" with Express Shipping.
Out of Stock/Sold Out Policy:
If the rare case happens that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you before we ship your order to discuss a possible replacement or refund of that item.
If for any reason you would like to return your item(s) you will have 7 days in which to do so. Please always contact us by e-mail first before sending back any item. Please send all items in perfect condition back including all tags and packaging and unused.
You will need to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address plus your order date/number (if known). Please also add why you are returning the item.
Refunds will be credited to your account 2-3 working days within receiving the returned item. We will refund you the total amount minus shipping costs already incurred. If you ordered for more than 60€ / US$78 / £54 and received free shipping we will refund the order value minus the actual incurred shipping costs.
Our goal is for you to have a perfect shopping experience. If we make a mistake with your order, please let us know so that we can make things right. Please do not return products without contacting us first by e-mail.
If items in your order are damaged on arrival or we sent you an incorrect item, we offer a refund or replacement. In this case, you must notify us within 7 days of arrival.
If for any reason a replacement is not available a full refund including original postage cost will be offered. Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your refund.
