Shipping Costs & Time
We charge the following shipping costs:
- very small items like sticker, hairclips, deco tapes etc.: 1€ / US$1.6 per item
- small items like wallets, belts, t-shirts, necklaces etc.: 3€ / US$4.7 per item
- big (heavy) items like bags, sweaters, jackets etc.: 5€ / US$7.9 per item
Example: You buy a bag, a t-shirt and a deco tape. The shipping costs will be
in Euro: 5€ (bag) + 3€ (t-shirt) + 1€ (deco tape) = 9€
in US$: US$7.9 (bag) + US$4.7 (t-shirt) + US$1.6 (deco tape) = US$14.2
All items are shipped by registered air-mail. You will get a tracking number to trace your parcel online. You will receive your tracking number by e-mail after your parcel is shipped. Furthermore, your parcel is covered for loss. As we are shipping by registered air-mail, you have to acknowledge receipt of the parcel. If you are absent when the postman is delivering your parcel, he will leave you a note that you can pick it up within a specific time (usually 8 days) at the post office. Please pick up the parcel by the stated date, if not, the parcel will be returned to us.
Free Shipping:
If you order items worth 60€ / US$95 or more, we will ship your items for free!
Shipping time:
Our shop is located in Hong Kong, therefore, we ship all our items by registered Airmail from Hong Kong. The average shipping time is 5-15 days. Please
contact us by e-mail if your parcel hasn't arrived within the above stated time.
Express Shipping:
Do you need your order as soon as possible? Do you need a present ASAP? You just cannot wait to get your items? We can offer you Express Shipping. Your order will be shipped with EMS Express and usually arrives within only 3-5 days. Express Shipping costs 21€ / US$33.1 flat, so you can order as many items as you want. But you cannot combine "Free Shipping" with Express Shipping.
