How to use:

1. Place the foil with the smooth side on the fabric to be laminated

2. slowly iron the paper side with medium heat without steam at 120-140 degrees Celsius. Apply a little pressure

3. Allow material to cool down completely

4. Slowly peel off the paper

If the foil doesn't stick completely to the fabric, just put the paper back on and repeat ironing
