UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on the shipping service selected.

Shipping policy
Free international shipping
Orders containing items worth €60 (US$70) or more qualify for free international shipping.
Due to higher courier charges, orders to South America and remote islands must contain items worth more than €100 (US$117) to qualify.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched within one working day after successful payment. Orders placed before 1:00 PM UK time on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Delivery and tracking
If you choose a tracked service, we will email your tracking number after dispatch. A signature may be required when your parcel arrives.
If nobody is available to accept the parcel, the carrier will leave collection or redelivery instructions. Please follow them before the stated deadline to prevent the parcel from being returned to us.
Express shipping
Need your order quickly? Express orders are sent with FedEx Express and usually arrive within 1–5 working days.
The price is based on the parcel weight and destination. The final cost is shown in your shopping cart.
VAT, taxes and customs duties
No surprise charges on delivery to the USA or Europe
For orders shipped to the USA or Europe, all applicable taxes and duties are calculated and charged at checkout. We prepay these charges on your behalf, so your order can be delivered directly to you without a separate tax or duty payment on arrival.
UK orders
UK customers are not charged VAT, tax or customs duties at checkout or on delivery.
European orders
VAT is charged at the standard rate for the destination country. Customs duty is charged at €3 per order line.
USA orders
Any applicable taxes are calculated for the delivery destination and charged at checkout.
Other destinations
Import rules and charges vary by country. Please check with your local customs authority for the latest information.
Returns
Out-of-stock items
In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange a replacement or refund.
Returning an item
You have seven days to return an item. Please contact us by email before sending anything back.
Items must be unused, in perfect condition and returned with all original tags and packaging. Include your name, address, phone number, email address, order date and order number (if known), together with the reason for your return.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days of receiving the returned item. We will refund the order total less any shipping costs already incurred.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or we send the wrong item, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Do not return an item until you have heard from us.
We will offer a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will provide a full refund, including the original postage cost.
